The Fragment

A luminous field of orange-red, interrupted by a gilded square and a textured surface that catches the light in different ways.

This original artwork explores the interplay of color, material, structure, and space. The intense orange-red surface creates a clear contrast with the gilded frame and the relief-like center, whose irregular texture adds depth and movement.

Depending on the light, the character of the work changes: gold reflections emerge, textures become visible, and new details reveal themselves. The piece invites the viewer to pause and discover the subtle shifts between surface, light, and perception.
